To actively start off on the right note I asked questions when I needed clarification instead of guessing. To advance interest of my mentor I also tried to engage my mentor in conversation about related subjects when we are in the car or something so that I can learn even when I am not doing something like working at a computer.

To improve I can suggest things for me to do when I see a need.
